ABOUT
Jeff is an award-winning beauty, fashion and documentary photographer and director based in New York with a wealth of experience crafting bespoke visuals for advertising, editorial and nonprofit clients worldwide.
Born and raised in the heartland of the United States, Jeff came to photography by a road of many twists and turns. On the way, he earned two degrees in philosophy, learned two skilled trades, traveled a good bit of the world and plied himself to a variety of strange occupations, including one glorious summer as an octopus fisherman in Greece. Aside from photography, he is a political activist, a published philosopher and a proud father. He currently divides his time between New York City and his home in the Hudson Valley.
Jeff’s passion for photography comes from a deep appreciation for the phenomenal world, the human form, and the many veils they wear. His goal as an artist is to know that beauty and truth are lovers, but not the same and often quarreling.
